Meet the Team
Owner / Operator - Mentor
Ashley Graves has over 25 years of experience in the non-profit realm. She worked in roles as diverse as Marketing Director to Pastor of Discipleship, and anything in between. After being a Pregnancy Resource Center Executive Director for eight years, Ashley began to see the PRC industry losing some of the best leaders due to a lack of training and support in their roles. Then, her studies lead her to see that this is an issue in all Christian nonprofits. In 2019, Ashley founded Five Stone Mentoring to step in and offer weekly mentoring for those leaders.
Having a Masters in Biblical Studies and Christian Curriculum, she created a Biblical leadership curriculum, that is the foundation for all mentors. In the Fall of 2021, she began work on her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, knowing it will benefit all of the partners of Five Stone Mentoring
Ashley lives in Texas with her husband and two daughters. Thankfully, they have a lot of room for their many animals including, dogs, horses, cows and goats. Ashley’s favorite things are coffee, books, and crocheting!
“ You say you’re pro-life, but what are you doing to help someone make that choice? ” Ever since that Divine Appointment more than ten years ago, Audra has dedicated her life to serving the Lord through Pregnancy Help Ministry.
In 2011, Audra became a community liaison for a pregnancy help center located more than 50 miles from her home. In 2014, she helped to bring an existing ministry out of the basement of a founding member’s home and into the forefront of her community. After serving as board president, Audra became the organization’s first executive director. Following the Lord’s direction, she and her team helped pave the way for their ministry to go medical. Audra shares, “ I believe that great servant-leadership entails equipping others for success and the stewardship of having the right people, in the right places, with the right resources.” She has also served as a registered nurse in pro-life ministry.
From volunteer to board member to executive director, Audra’s unique and personal experiences as a servant-leader will equip and support you in serving the Lord to change and save lives. Audra and her husband, Matt, live in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan with their four children and are a foster/adoptive family.
Jennifer has over 12 years of experience working in faith-based, non-profit pregnancy centers. She worked in roles as Operations Supervisor, Development Director, and Executive Director. After being a Pregnancy Resource Center Executive Director, Jennifer felt God calling her away from the ministry in which she served but sought the Lord fervently to learn where He wanted her to serve next. Jennifer’s core desire is to glorify God while serving others, so once she was asked to pray about mentoring others that were working in similar areas, she happily said “yes”.
Jennifer loves networking and connecting people, especially when it is something she believes in. Her background in various development roles and the desire to grow the ministries led to some achievements such as doubling the donor base, growing fundraising attendance by 200%, and adding a second location next door to Planned Parenthood.
Jennifer lives in Arkansas with her husband of 29 years with their two daughters and their families living nearby. Jennifer loves to camp, boat, golf, walk, and take cruises with friends and family as often as possible.
Leah knows the value of having someone to walk beside you in the trenches of life-affirming work. With over 26 years of experience in the Pregnancy Help Center ministry, she has seen God work many miracles as her Center grew exponentially with many new and effective programs and staff added. In her nearly 17years as an Executive Director she also knows that “God does not call the equipped but equips the called”. She would love the opportunity to equip you for your calling.
Leah loves to spend time with her family – her husband of 33 years, their 4 children, and their families. There is nothing like a Sunday night with all the family at home! Especially the 4 grandchildren.
